Vintage Postcards and e-cards - old antique post cards stock art Postcards Stock Images Photos Ecards Art

This place is fascinating! I used their ecard service once and it worked great. I could spend hours looking at the postcards there and reading the notes on the backs of them too. Interesting stuff. If you like old vintage photography and graphics you'll enjoy this site.

Orphic Endeavors - The Lighthouse - ToolbarVideos.com

Hey, this place is pretty cool. I found it while running a routine search to see what coming up under "Orphic Endeavors" in Google. I ended up spending about an hour watching music videos by Depeche Mode, Enigma, Peter Gabriel, and of course, Orphic Endeavors. ;)

Flickr: Myst

Anyone who knows me well knows I adore Myst and Riven. Every so often I get in the mood to do a little 3d art and I listen to the Myst and Riven soundtracks and get a little nostalgic. Now, of course, I also have RealMyst and URU and Exile, etc., but those first two games are the joy of it all for me. This SEE site is full of photos of things that seem to resemble Myst and Riven in the real world. Take a look around... Short, but good fun.

tinselman = SEE site

tinselman

Oh my God! I had no idea this was here! I am a huge fan of Robyn Miller's soundtracks for Myst and Riven, sometimes listening to them every day for months at a time... His music is a large part of the inspiration behind my own Orphic Endeavors. This site has links to music he does now, art he has done over time and other cool stuff. If you are, like me, tired of the "Star Wars"/"George Lucas-type" monster that Rand Miller's MYST game series has become, go to Tinselman and see how the other half of the Miller brothers creates. Please listen to the music too. I'm not a fan of lyrics and singers (except for opera and choirs) but the music is unmistakably Robyn Miller.

Hey, Cliff's Dad found this site and sent it to me. First thing I saw was an entry talking about an easter egg in the first episode of Futurama that I didn't know was there! Now I'll have to go back and watch it again!

This place has lots of fun easter eggs in all sorts of things... Check it out.
